The author does a nice job pointing out some of the potential benefits and business implications of hiring nurses who may have a variety of disabilities. You'll certainly increase workplace diversity, but there are significant benefits that go beyond that. You may get valuable input from nurses who have physical disabilities. They may offer unique insights that other nurses may not offer.
